  • We were at the food truck festival today at salt river field, yes it was very busy, and yes it was hot, I understand this. But at the end of the day we are still paying coustomers. There were supposed to be $2 sample plates, when after I and my 3 small children (who were all excited for hot dogs) stood in line for over an hour, the girl at the front of the line was so very rude!!! When I asked her about the sample plate she shrugged her shoulders and said we decided not to do it. I thought ALL trucks were supposed to do it. That is what they advertised!!! That is how they get away with charging me $50 to even get in the gates and now you charged me another $19 for 2 plain and 1 gourmet hot dog?!? So really I have 3 hot dogs that cost almost $70 and you shrug your shoulders at me and can't even smile, or give out samples for $2 like you are supposed to. And the icing on the cake was they weren't all that great, ok, but not worth waiting a hour for. I will never waste my money here again. Please learn some coustomers service, and a smile, and being polite csn go long way... Your hot, yea we are too, BUT WE ARE PAYING YOU!!!!
