  • This is my home gym. Brand new equipment. The layout is nice. I don't find the trainers pushy like other goodlife facilities I've been to. I do feel the membership fee is high but is competitive to other Canadian gyms. I suppose that's another issue. I'm happy here. ***UPDATE*** There have been a string of thefts here. My sisters lock was cut off and her purse and gym bag were taken. The thieves then STOLE HER CAR, along with one other girls purse and car and another girls purse. After a Facebook post many others came forward with similar experiences of stolen bags and cars. Now is this Deerfoot goodlifes fault? No. I suppose not. But many people have been entering without scanning their tag or showing ID so the thieves can easily go unidentified and THAT is the staffs fault for sure!!! So, a tip... don't take your bag in. Clothes only. Or better yet come changed if possible and keep your car keys and phone on your person.
