  • Somehow my wife and I got a seat within 20 minutes for brunch at 11am on Saturday. By the time we finished and left, there were a lot of people waiting to eat. On to the food. We ordered the famed pancakes and the pulled pork skillet for our mains, and the biscuit & sconce to start. The skillet, although small, was extremely heavy and filling. Had a kick of heat, which didn't bother me. The pancakes were fluffy and thick, you can taste the buttermilk in every bite. We couldn't finish this as the portions were huge. I think the pancakes expanded in our stomachs as well. The overall atmosphere was rather loud. Perhaps it's the cavernous space or everybody was high on the pancakes.
