Trying to not be all negative so I will state up front that one individual at this company seems to want to at least try to do the right thing. But even he is falling short on his promises. Thanks Charlie for at least trying as opposed to the others (delivery driver and his supervisor) who displayed a total disregard for this customer.
While I am basing my opinion on only two orders it is hard to believe that this is not indicative of the experience for others. I haven't read many reviews on here but the few that I saw seemed to be all highly positive so I wonder how I got this lucky to have so many bad experiences in such as short period of time.

I can only hope that I can get my account canceled as requested and not incur any further charges for this (non) service.
