  • Tom Buck of Performance Footwear is sure a stand up guy who KNOWS what customer service is all about. I've been running in Newton running shoes for years. The pads in the forefront of the shoe always numbered in 4. The new 5 pad just killed the outer muscle/IT band of both legs. Two five mile runs of sheer agony made me realize I had to call him. He took time to put me in some new shoes, two types, Hoka and Altra. The Hoka felt much better. Thanks, Tom, for everything. You're the best and I will not be shopping for running shoes ANYWHERE else..
