  • I called Zerorez since they come "highly" recommended by our very own Tom Chambers and our local radio guys John Jay & Rich. I thought to myself wow if this company is being recommended by these guys it's got to be the top-notch cleaning company. But it was not or at least not for me. The guy came out as scheduled and was there exactly within the time frame I was given. The guy was friendly and the cleaning was done pretty One of the stains which was orange soda I thought came out completely this was Saturday, May 7, 2016 As soon as the carpets dried which was about eight hours later the stain came up even worse and more noticeable than before. So the lesson to be learned here people is that just because a company is endorsed by famous celebrities this does not mean that it's the Best company out there. In the future I will not use companies that are endorsed by Johnjay and Rich. Lies... Today which is Monday, May 9,2016 I sprayed a lot of my Kirby shampoo stain remover over the orange soda spot and it's been coming up I will take a look tomorrow and see where were at.
