  • My wife arrived approximately five minutes before me. When I arrived I was greeted by the hostess and shown where my wife was seated. After ten plus minutes we left. In that time no one acknowledged us. Brought water to the table or anything else. My wife had orders an iced tea before I arrived. We had to hunt someone down to lay for that. If this is typical of the level of service at your establishment then it's easy to see why you have the negative reviews you do.
