  • My only star is for Michelle O'Bannon who does amazing work and really deserves 5 stars. Now scandals the salon is another story. What rude service i received today. My husband and I walked in for our appointment told the young girl behind the counter who we were seeing. She said ok and called someone and then started a personal conversation. After standing there for 5 minutes we walked into the waiting room. Ten minutes later the same girl walked another client into our appointment. We were confused. I went to our appointment and asked what was going on. She said no one called us back. Now I was pissed. We decided to leave. As we were walking out I said to the girl thanks a lot for making us lose our appointment. She played dumb. She said he wasn't even here when we arrived. What a liar. She spoke right to my husband. The manager some older lady with short blonde hair just stood there and said nothing. Useless. I walked to the car and told my husband that the girl just lied about speaking to him. He got pissed and went in to talk to the manager. She said she could do nothing about it and told my husband what's the big deal about waiting 15 minutes. It is a big deal, I made an appointment for a reason. These people need to get some customer service and some class.
