I love this place!! I have been coming to Everyday since its opening week back in 2013 (I believe) when my Taiwanese and Chinese friends took me. They believed it to be one of the more authentic Chinese restaurants in Pittsburgh at the time. Since that first time, I have tried (and enjoyed):
- five-spiced eggplant [5/5]
- pork soup dumplings [5/5]
- braised beef (& tendon) noodle soup [5/5]
- broccoli [4/5]
- baby bok choy [4/5]
- pork potstickers [5/5]
- pan fried green onion pancake [4/5]
- taiwanese style pork belly slider [4/5]
- pan fried pork bun [4/5]
- braised beef (& tendon) over rice [5/5]
- noodles with minced pork sauce [5/5]
- milk tapioca pearl bubble tea (various) [5/5]
I have to say this place has been consistent every time I have gone (I have ordered the items above multiple times which has unfortunately made me maybe miss out on some of the other great things on the menu but alas, I just love the above so much that I can't help but order them time and time again). The interior is generally quiet and you can get a good look at how the noodles are made depending on where you sit. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in trying authentic Chinese food!!
