  • I made a frantic call to Emerald Pools on Thursday before Easter that my pool heater had just stopped working and I had a big family pool event scheduled on Easter Sunday. They were completely booked, but fit me in immediately. Donna, the dispatcher, couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. She contacted her technician, Donnie, who was in my area, and he fit me in and was able to fix it so my family could enjoy the pool on Easter. Donna and Donnie provided EXEMPLARY service, way above and beyond the call of duty. Way to go, Emerald Pools. I wholeheartedly recommend you!!
