  • How does a big furniture store stay open in a competitive market when they have the worse customer service? My hubby and I came and were set to buy a sectional and a tv stand there when I saw the items on their website first. A family walked in before us and they were greeted right away, but no rep greeted us. We walked around the whole damn showroom TWICE and not one damn rep acknowledged us. Not one!!!! We saw a few customers being helped so they obviously are selective on who they want to give service to. We even passed by the cashier area where there were around 8 employees and they all ignored us. I was blown away. What a huge mistake, Ashley! We were ready to purchase over $2,000 of merchandise and we would've been an easy sale, but it's your loss.
