  • My experience with this place was less than pleasant. I came in my military uniform and still got the run around. First they tried give me way less than my trade in value of my car was and then tried selling me a Prius C version 2 for over $22K. I told the man I wanted the 3rd version and I won't make a deal if they don't at least pay off my car. So after haggling with them for a long time I got them to pay off my car. They told me that they would get the exact car I wanted just from a different dealership. They told me it was on the way. 2 hours later (mind you it's 120F at this point and I'm still in my military uniform) the salesman says they just sent someone to get my car. So instead of asking me if I wanted to go for awhile while I waited for the car he had me stay there and told me nothing. At this point I had been at the dealership for SIX hours. Finally my roommate comes to get me so I can eat dinner and the car is still not there. I hadn't heard anything back from the salesman so I called him. He said the car was right there and was about to get washed. We got back to the dealer at 9pm and STILL my car is nowhere in sight! He said it will be around in a minute. Well 15-20 minutes later there it is. It didn't look washed at all. So in total I was at the dealer for about 9 1/2 hours. How ridiculous is that!? Oh and to top it off the next day I look at my car and the tint looks like a baby put it on. It's horrible and now I have to get it fixed. So all in all the dealership sucks and I wished I had gone to a different one. I hear camelback Toyota and Avondale Toyota are the best. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. Also I forgot to mention, their website has false advertising. They advertised that I could get a $3500 incentive on the Prius C. This is false. It's broken down into various categories like if you're 55 and older $500 discount. If you're military $500 discount and so on. This was the worst car buying experience I've had and I regret it. Don't put yourself through torture and go to this place.
