  • I can't say enough good things about this dealership- everyone is amazing! I had been emailing with Shawn periodically for months after looking into trading in my Honda Civic and upgrading to a luxury car. Once I finally made up my mind on what I wanted, I met with Peter W. and Shawn while at Wilde for an oil change. Peter W. searched and found me a Mercedes with the specifications I was looking for (I'm picky!) within a week or two. Once the car arrived, Shawn worked with me tirelessly in order to make it all work for me to be able to get out of my lease early, and into my Mercedes! Shawn truly went above and beyond to make this my best experience in purchasing a car- hands down. I didn't have to deal with the usual drawn out process of a pushy used-car salesman, which was SO refreshing. I actually enjoyed the process of getting a used car! Alex B. was my salesman on the day of purchasing my car. I was very impressed by his professionalism and service- he may look young, but don't let that fool you! Ed did my financing, and was incredibly nice and down to earth. Thank you Wilde East Towne Honda for making this whole process so easy and enjoyable.
