  • This review is targeted at the baggage claims office. The treatment that the paying passengers of a cancelled Baltimore flight were exposed to today (6-27) was atrocious. The baggage crew is terrible. To be successful liars, everybody needs to be on the same page, from one computer terminal to the next, they could not corroborate their stories, nothing will get people steamed more than being lied to after being cancelled.
