  • I hope this was just a bad night for Betsy's, but I had bad service & a disappointing sundae. The young man working was friendly enough, but seemed confused (he didn't know how to dispense the whipped cream & insisted that all sundaes came w/ chocolate sauce). The girl working was just rude. My first flavor choice wasn't available but was still on the board. The serving size was about average, but had very little topping. My biggest disappointment was the icy texture of the ice cream. I'll probably not go out of my way to go back.
