New update after my event...
So I was able to have my event after the mixup. Thank you to Trey and Abby for wanting to make the mess up right. They tried their hardest to accommodate my guests. Even when I had a problem with people sitting at our reserved section, they handled it. My guests were pleased and everyone was happy.
Recommendations:
Know the wristbands: even though we had wristbands for the bar, one of my guests was still asked to pay, and was charged. After I informed them that no $ should have been charged, they went back to the bar to obtain their money back.
Streamline food order process: my guests were confused because some food was delivered over from next door and some had to stay and get their food. It seemed to change with the person.
Overall all were pleased. Thank you again for making things right!
