  • This started off as a great place to go then all went downhill. I made an appointment for a haircut back in March then received a phone call 3 hours prior to my appointment i got a call saying they were canceling my appointment because the stylist called out that morning. I informed them i do not want the appointment cancelled and they gave me a stylist who claimed to be really good. I said ok that would be fine. To my shock 30 mins prior to my appointment i received another call saying they needed to cancel my appointment because the stylist was running behind. I stated no because i was already on my way to the salon. I get there no a single apology from anyone and of course like also the gentleman that works the desk was rude as always. He talks down to everyone that he comes across and spends more time talking with the stylist then helping people waiting. I got my hair cut by this stylist who was i told was really good. Needless to say that was a lie. I told him exactly how i wanted my hair cut and he did the complete opposite of what i said. I was very upset as i had to now wait for my hair to grow out to have it completely fixed. I have tried reaching out to someone at the salon several times to get this matter fixed and have not heard from anyone. A month after i disputed the charge with my credit card company which is when mood swings then took a month to respond to them and disputed my dispute. So that i received the service. Thank you i know i received the service but your staff is a joke and cant follow simple cutting instructions. You once had great stylist who all seem to leave your because of ways you handle your clients. Do not waste your money going to this salon they are overpriced and dont care about you as a client.
