  • Spent 35 minutes of my day Trying to call 5 different times just to ask a simple question. asked every time To transfer to sporting goods and not once was I connected I had to call back every time just to get retransferred and they didn't answer 1 time Poor communication skills. How hard is it to answer the phone in the department that you work in.
