  • This place is pretty good for a restaurant at a rest stop. They have a dining area next to the kitchen with booths like a normal Panera, but you also get access to some tables underneath the rest stop's dome and skylights. Pro tip: get a glass of water, put some lemons into it, and sit smugly at those tables while you watch customers at the Burger King next door fill up their 24-oz sodas.
