I frequent Archi's at least 1 time every 1-2 weeks. This is my favorite place to go to whenever I'm being indecisive for lunch/dinner. They have huge portions with very decent price and their food is always full of flavor.
My usual go to items are the pat kee mow (stir-fried wide noodle), basil fried rice, red curry, green curry, or koowakai (also stir-fried wide noodle but with chicken/squid and a side of dipping sauce).
I prefer their pork over chicken/beef because it is always tender with the right amount of marination. I even took my parents here and it soon became my dad's favorite Thai restaurant in Vegas. He really likes their pad cha cha cha which is a seafood stir fry.
So why is this place a 4 star to me instead of 5?
I understand that this place is a popular spot in Vegas and is always packed during dinner time. However their service will go down drastically during their busy hours. There were two occasions where we had to wait 30 minutes to get our check taken care of. Despite the occasional inconvenience I still keep coming back because their food is that great. I suggest ordering take out during their busy hours because it'll take awhile before you'll get seated.
