  • This was by far the worst dealer I have ever visited. For starts being in Scottsdale I would have expected a higher class joint. The sales people were lost. The managers were not present. We came in to see a car that I scaled about 30 min earlier. When I arrived the car was not able to be located. When they finally were able to locate the car it was on the roof. Blocked in as well. And then no ride to the roof had to hike up hill to see it and then was told that the car hadn't been Thur the inspection and couldn't be sold to me. Then when I asked to see a manger I got a different sales man who was not helpful at all and rude. They tied to force me to buy the window tint that they said was mandatory at 700.00 I said no. Needless to say I will never buy a car from Mark Kia again. No manger tried to call and make the sale happen or make right of the situation. Worst dealer ship ever. Don't waste your time or money here.
