  • I have been to Cleveland's airport several times over the past year, and it's a good mid-major airport. It's been a reliable airport each time. United Airlines removed its hub here, which didn't do the airport any favors; however, I haven't had any problems traveling here from San Francisco or Seattle. TSA Precheck: Excellent by the United gates. The lines have always been short. Most of the time, it only takes 2-3 minutes from entering the line to clearing the security checkpoint. The service is very efficient and convenient at this airport. The airport is not big, but there can be some long walks with no moving walkways. I've never gotten food here, but they have enough options, including the Great Lakes Brewing Company in the C gate area. Picking up and dropping off passengers outside the airport is easy, you can wait there without any complications or overcrowding most of the time. Overall, CLE International Airport is a fine! I have almost always had an easy time here.
