  • Horrible. I've had the worst experience with Teresa, the owner. She not only ignores phone calls and e.mails when you do finally get her on the phone she is extremely rude. This is why small businesses have a bad reputation. I purchased a gift certificate from her which the recipient was never able to use before the expiration date and because it was expired she said there was nothing she could do. She never mentioned on the phone or in writing that a refund could not be made before purchasing. Of course she was all nice when she was taking my money for a service I can not use anymore but now decides to childish and just ignore me don't think that's how a successful business woman should act.
