  • I am sad to say I will never shop at Arhaus again. It's a shame because they have some nice pieces. On this order, they really let me down and for the price of the piece, it's unacceptable. I ordered a beautiful $2,000 console table, taking careful note of delivery time so I would have it in time for my party on Saturday. Delivery was scheduled for today from 1-3. I took a day off from work to wait for the delivery. Guys were on time however when they unpacked the two boxes, both were bottom pieces - not one top and one bottom. And guess what, they couldn't get a new piece/part until the following week - even after I pressured them for a rush order and to try to get the paperwork unlocked quickly. Delivery guys asked if I wanted to refuse delivery...ummm, what do you think?? I called customer services suggesting the local Arhaus retail store let me have their floor model and they can get the new piece delivered next week. No go - they were unable to part with it. I was nice, not like I sound in this review, but legitimately upset. Customer service said sorry, but that's it. This company does not put the focus on customer service. There are too many other stores out there who do and will be happy to take my 2K.
