  • I actually lived in this apartment community a little over two years ago. Chateau is gated and located in Seven Hills which is an extremely safe area of West Henderson. I experienced a minor hiccup after signing my lease. The unit promised to me was not going to be available until a week after my move-in date; the previous renter didn't move out on time. After a conversation, the leasing agent upgraded me to a larger unit in the same building and guaranteed the price I signed for. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. Recently painted exterior, and always clean throughout the complex. My unit didn't experience any problems during the year I lived there. At one point I called maintenance to fix a broken panel on the blinds and they came same day, no complaints. Shelly was my leasing agent. She was always pleasant, even when she had to explain that my one-bedroom unit wouldn't be available the date I signed for. I definitely recommend this apartment community if you are looking for a clean, safe living environment for you and your family. Great experience.
