No customer service at all. I was told when I called the 800# that I need to go into the local branch to correct my account re: a monthly fee. When I went it, I told the teller I had to discuss my checking account with someone re: monthly fees. The teller stated that I will need to close my account if I don't want to pay fees and to swipe my card! I asked her isn't there a way to waive those fees like it was done last year or by updating direct deposit info, etc. Furthermore, I've never paid a monthly fee in 15 years. The teller again said, no, I have to close it and to swipe my card. I thought she had to swipe my card to get my info and the next thing she stated was I will close it and how do you want your money, in all 20s?! I told her that I guess I don't have an option...close it. She said, "Happily." She gave me my money and then stated that I have to go and call the 800# on the back of my card to close it! I said that you JUST told me that you will close it and she stated, I'm just a teller, I can't close accounts!
Way to lose a customer and thrown 15 years of business out the window BofA!
