  • Big O is right across the street from me, I tend to use local shops for my tire needs but I thought I'd stop in. I had a bad stem on my left rear and needed it fixed. When they pulled the tire, I had a screw that peirced the center of the tire. They managed to plug and patch it in 15 minutes without any problem. I asked how much I owed them and they said NO CHARGE!! Seriously, when does that ever happen? I will definitely be going back here to get my next set of tires. Ask for Dustin or Jimmy. They are great. I was very surprised by their level of customer service and how fast they were able to fix my tire. What a great experience.
