  • Trust the reviews folks. Absolutely horrible car wash. Paid $18.99 for "The Works", and they delivered everything but. Floor mats still had dust, they dripped their air freshener all over my back seat and did not bother to wipe up, and the water spots all around were very noticeable yet they did not care to even attempt to wipe them off. Once they were "done", I went and grabbed a rag from the bucket and spent about 10 minutes re wiping the exterior and rims. Not ONE person went over and apologized, nor even offered to fix their oversights. Once done, I returned to the cashier and told her I'd like a partial refund since I had to dry my own car. I paid the extra $10ish for The Works package, but did not deliver the service I paid for. She called her manager over...Pablo. He explained that they don't do refunds of any kind, and that I shouldn't have to dry my own car. You think, Pablo?!?! That's why I went here, sir. I then asked for corporate's number, and he refused to give it to me. I'll just find it myself and file a complaint. Fellow Yelpers, please don't waste your time or money and find another car wash.
