  • Brought my MAC laptop here to replace the screen. The store was closed earlier than the stated time but when I called the cell number, Esi came within a few minutes to open. I was quoted on the phone and given a written estimate of $450-470 max + HST. However, once the repair was completed over the weekend, Esi said the price was $480 + HST. I questioned this but Esi replied that he had to mark up the cost of the part by $100. After asking what his best price would be, he thought for a brief while and said $500 cash. I picked up the computer and paid the $500 cash. After taking the cash and giving me my paid receipt, Esi complained that he was losing his hourly wage. So bottom line, Esi fixed the lap top in a few days. Price reasonable but don't tell me one price, then ask for another higher amount and complain that you are not making enough money when it is straight cash.
