They over charge for medications as much as 950%, so that's why I canceling my plan, they also over charge for services, so why pay for the worst wellness plan in earth.
Vets continued to quit because of the working conditions, so if the vets continued to quit because of the working conditions, you can imagine the services you pets are getting behind the closed doors.
This is a franchise and that is how they handled your pets, there is no compassion for or your pets.
I'll be looking for local vet because they're more personal and have more compassion for your pocket as well for your pet.
I called my local Banfield at Stephanie st, Henderson, NV 89014 where I was told that they didn't have any opening for an emergency visit, so Ask to speak to the office manager Heather, I was told by the receptionist that she was holding a dog at the time and that she was going to call me back as soon as possible. That was over 7 hours ago.
As you may had guessed by now, Heather never called me back. This had been the type services I received from Banfield for the last 4 years, I will not tolerate any more abuse.
My friends if you're shopping for a wellness plan, this's not the one for your pet needs, they will nickel and dime you for every little thing.
This plan is about getting you in the door to hit you for more medical fees and services.
Banfield is your reading this posting is to let you know that we are not happy with your services or your unnecessary fees.
Update at 3:59pm Heather called me very unconcerned about my dog, with so many excuses why she could not take a minute to call me, Heather thank god, I didn't wait for you to call me back, my dog would had been death. You knew this was an emergency but didn't care anyway, I can't believe you're the office manager.
I took my dog to another local vet for the first time and he was the opposite of everything I ever experienced with Banfield.
I paid $50.00 with medication to go, typically at Banfield the bill is over $200.00.
No brainer, I will be cancelling my wellness plan at Banfield without regrets.
Someone needs to get fire for screw up this business so bad, Banfield corp needs to look at the reviews, customers are sending you a message that you are failing to acknowledge.
When members start canceling their wellness plan, you will be looking into this horrible location to see what the problem is but at that time would be to late to repair the damages.
