  • My husband and I have been considering a purchase of a new Mercedes for a few months. We talked to each of the dealers in the valley and after letting them know what we were looking for, invited them to make us their best offer. I have to say that there was a lot of game playing and arrogance in dealing with most of the dealers UNTIL we talked to Victor and Jose at MB of Gilbert. I was so pleasantly surprised at the honest and straight forward deal we received at this dealership. Jose Martinez was so great to work with. He took the time to show us different models, explaining options, packages and pricing. When we made our final decision, the buying process was easy and quick, Ed, the dealership manager confirmed our final price (I have to say that Gilbert's price was more than 10% of MSRP LESS than any other dealer in the valley!), Financing was easy and quick, car was spotless and fully gassed and Victor did a very thorough job of going over operations of the car with us, Both Ed and Jose have personally called us since the purchase to follow up on our satisfaction. This dealership is new, it is beautiful inside and out. It is very easy to get to, right off the 101 E. If you are looking for a new (or pre-owned) Mercedes please consider working with this dealership. I don't think you fill find better service, prices or experience. Thank you JOSE, VICTOR and ED
