  • I want to start this by saying i might be the worst dental patient in the world. I'm terrified of dentists and as a result i avoid going. I asked on my Instagram stories for LV dentists, and this one got 6 recommendations! (Thank you Erin, you referred first!!) The location is great. Super close to downtown and plenty of parking. It was easy to find! The office is super clean and well maintained! I am a bit picky about this, it is spotless! I actually managed to schedule the same day as i called so i am super impressed with that! I love a prompt service! Staff: from the phone calls to schedule with Liz, to my initial exam and X-rays wirh Jeanie and then my actual consultation with Dr Dhesi, this group of ladies are amazing! I'm an anxious patient and i didn't feel nervous at all. Super kind and accommodating! Thank you all! Appointment: i knew i had some work needing on one side of my mouth because I've had some pain for a few months. The actual consultation was great because they take photos and X-rays and the screen in front displays the pictures so you can literally see what's going on. Jeanie was very gentle and professional and got this done quickly and efficiently while keeping me relaxed! Impressive, like i said, I'm usually a nightmare customer because of my dental anxiety. They set up two different quotes depending on my budget and what i wanted. They even told me which of the procedures could wait a little if i needed. I highly appreciate this, as it's not easy to find money out of the blue. I scheduled my cleaning for the next day and my procedure for the day after. I'm so impressed wirh the service and the whole experience from start to finish, if i could give 10 stars i would.
