Scooter Repair. Let me start off with those keywords in case anyone is looking for a shop to take their scooter into. I have a Yamaha scooter and have looked high and low for a place to take it into. I don't really want to take it back into the dealerships, so many people have had such horrible reviews on the handful of dealerships that service scooters. I tried an actual scooter shop and no one ever answered the phone. I tried at all different times of the week and no one ever answered the phone. I tired a mobile guy in the area and he never returned a phone call. I was beginning to think I would have to either suck it up and take it into the dealer or learn to become a mechanic. I expanded my search and found Headkace. A few reviewers mentioned bringing their scooters in even though they were a motorcycle shop. I took a chance and called and they said they worked on them. So in I went, now Headkace is far for me to get there. I live in the NW valley, so I'm traveling about 40 miles to get there on my scooter via surface streets.
All the reviews on here were accurate. Everyone there is awesome. They even rent out lifts so you can work on your own bikes if you want. They had a lot of neat looking motorcycles around either they were working on or waiting for parts. There's a restoration shop next door so possibly they work together in building really cool bikes. They don't mind that you ask questions. No one there was rude or disrespectful that I was a woman let alone someone with a scooter at a motorcycle shop. Talking to the guys there, they said they worked a lot on the Chinese scooters as well. I have never heard great things about those scooters but if Headkace works on them, that was a sign to me that these guys don't judge what you ride or bring in, they just want you back rolling on 2 wheels.
