  • Alexander and Nicole are hair wizards. Actual hair wizards. I had black hair and decided to begin the lightening process but was very nervous as I have had some bad experiences at other salons in the area. When inquiring about Toni&Guy, Alexander suggested that I come in for a consultation where he took the time to actually listen, go through photos and color swatches, and set realistic expectations with me. He then introduced me to Nicole who also took the time to get to know me and create a vision. I immediately trusted them and felt a connection due to their professionalism and attention to detail. I spent a about 5 hours with them at my actual appointment but never would have known it because they made the time fly by. They kept me informed throughout every step and were incredibly kind and entertaining. Both the color and cut turned out AMAZING!! I give them my highest recommendation!! I look forward to going back to continue the lightening process and spend time with these wonderful people!
