  • Dr. Kristensen is an amazing doctor. She will listen to you and will do what she can to help you find a solution to make things better. Her physician's assistant, Michael Festense, however, you should avoid if you would actually like to be helped. Unprofessional, condescending, and not any type of help at all. Everything I brought up was either rejected, changed, or he would just make me feel as if the problems were irrelevant due to the Grimm look of boredom displayed on his face. You go to the doctor to feel better... Not to feel like you're an idiot for wanting to fix the problems you're facing. My advice: Wait until Dr. Kristensen is available to see you. You won't regret it. If she worked alone this review would be 5 stars...
