  • We have used this company twice in the past, no problems. So, this year when it was time for our annual clean-up, we call them again to come on out. They were scheduled to be here this morning at 8am. They didn't show up until after 10am, with ZERO communication (we gave them 2 contact numbers) that they were going to be late. Once they arrived, they asked how to get into our backyard to do the clean up. You cannot access our backyard unless you walk through our condo (there is no outdoor entry). This was explained the day before when we made the appointment, the guy we spoke to even remembered us from the other 2 times they came prior. Well, the 2 workers they sent REFUSED to do the work and informed me that they would have to send someone else out cause they were "new". It was at that moment we received a phone call from the office telling me that their workers claimed I wasn't answering my door. At that point, my doorbell rang again and they had their equipment in their hands like the prior conversation never even happened. Terrible. I turned them away and will be finding another landscaping service in the future. Completely unprofessional.
