Before training with Rich, my workouts were boring and not really producing results. Over time I started to miss a workout here and there. Now I cannot wait to workout and I am seeing results so much faster. In addition to the weight training, he also talks a lot about nutrition and that is the majority of the reason for the weight loss.
Before I could not do any real pullups or chinups and now I am doing at least 3 sets of 8 pullups under weight.
He cares about his clients and he follows up and makes sure they complete their work. He pushes when he needs to and always fully explains what we are doing.
