  • I do not recommend this location to anyone. There is a salesman who sold me and my son two phones and when I learned from my son that he had made an error on our order for insurance coverage and that we supposedly did not have it on one of those phones, I called there and had to wait for him to call me back. When he did he would not even wait until I was done explaining the problem he began interrupting and blaming me for the error without even eating for me to finish. I only kept US Cellular because any other phone connection would be worse. They rop customers off with insurance and try not to cover broken phones and give you refurbished ones and overcharged for the deductible. Do not go to this location. The customer service is horrible
