rev:text	I honestly don't know what to say. I got a haircut here with Kelly. I was extremely explicit in what I wanted- a long, shaggy bob with beach waves. I even showed THREE photos of what I anticipated. She agreed that it was achievable and seemed to be on board. Somehow....I'm not sure how- she took off approximately 2-3 inches more of length than we agreed upon! The haircut itself is incredibly asymmetrical and outdated. I feel like she was trying to go for a John and Kate +8 look circa 2003. To add insult to injury, she styled it like I was wearing an old wig from the 50's (think bowl cut with big curls)- don't believe me? I took multiple photos after. I was so mortified and shocked, I just paid and left. I felt humiliated and like I didn't want to be seen in public. This is the worst haircut I have ever received. Something else that happened which I thought was strange is that another employee came over during The styling portion and just watched for about 10 minutes. She folded her arms and just watched and my hairstylist made a comment about how she was going as fast as she could, and will be done soon. Oh, and...she reprimanded me on how damaged my hair was, saying she couldn't even curl it. Incredibly rude. I will never go back to this salon. I am now booked at a different salon, to pay more money, and hope they can fix this ridiculous haircut. But what can you really do about about haircut? I just have to grow it out and see what happens with time.
