  • Auto Glass clinic was awesome. I filled out their online form and expected a callback in a day or two. I received a call from Gibson less than an hour later. He took my info about my vehicle and my insurance carrier, then explained to me what to expect. Gibson called my carriers claims center then contacted me to file the claim. We were approved in a few minutes and they scheduled my windshield replacement for the next day. I let them know I had a specific window of time 1:30pm to 4:30pm and I could wait a day or two if they couldn't fit me in during that time. Gibson assured me it wasn't a problem. the next day I got a call from Scott at 1:40pm, he was 10 minutes a way and wanted to make sure it was a good time. Scott was very professional and courteous. He was done in 30-35 minutes and it looked great. He had me sign off and handed me my $100 rebate check. This place totally impressed me and I would do business with again.
