  • Try a different apartment. This one comes with way too many problems. Like other reviewers said, expect to pay an extra 100-300 every month for random fees. Even have to pay for maintenance. Leasing office is no help either. These are not luxury condos what so ever. Kitchen and bathroom and ceiling fans very out of date.
