  • The bad part: I tried calling ahead for a reservation, and was put on hold for 10 minutes at which point, I hung up. I thought we'd just show up and wait for a table since I wasn't super hungry, and I knew the food would be worth the wait. When I arrived, I stood at the door for another 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. I wasn't pretending I was already waiting for a table (aka off to the side, staring at my phone), I was standing in the middle of the entrance, eyeing any and all of the staff, hoping someone actually look at me, and maybe even come over and greet me. I decided not to give them my business and went down the road and had a much better experience and the food was just as good. The good part: Food here really is good. The waitstaff service also use to be excellent when I was frequenting this restaurant more regularly last year. I feel as if their service has suffered from their success. I'm not likely to return any time soon, sadly.
