  • I'm no good critic but I wish I were. A colleague brought in a fruit tart for me from My Gal, Sal, as a payback. Boy was it an amazing treat! Not only does it Not have the gross jelly topping to seal in the fruit and custard, but the crust is such a sweet treat on its own. Coming from a European background heavy in dry coffee cakes this crust is amazing, sweet, crumbly and moist. Yummy yum yum!!
