  • My review is based only on the fact that I did not get the courtesy of having my call answered. My doctor sent in a referral, as required, and I was told that this clinic would not call me, that I had to call to make an appointment. They have a very long, almost officious-sounding voice mail message, including the request that you only leave one message. I never received a call back and after 2-3 weeks requested my doctor to refer me elsewhere. This may seem petty to do this, but I don't care how busy they are - if they can't give me the courtesy of a call-back I don't wish to see them for treatment. Some of these places make you feel as if they're doing you a favour.
