  • Jason Francis did a great job mounting our two large televisions safely, and we were super impressed by how professional and efficiently he worked. He took the time to explain all of the tiny parts and pieces, and how to safely move the unit around and adjust it. My only complaint (if I had any at all), is that they initially asked my boyfriend and I if we could help lift the items--and for that kind of price I think they should always send a two man team. But Jason called someone right away, and they did a stellar job. We would definitely call Geek Squad again if we needed them! Five Stars, guys.
