  • If i could i would rate this "dealership" 0 stars or a negative 5. I have never written a review but i feel i need so an innocent person like me can know what to expect before making that terrible decision to put themselves in such a horrible experience. If you are thinking about going to this dealership read this review as well as that of innocent others before you do. If it was not true or important i wouldn't take the time and effort to carefully write all this down. I came to their dealership with 2 issues only. a. Faulty power steering pump(which i had just bought the day power and had installed). They rightfully diagnosed and charged me 485 for part and labor. b. A code on my dash board kept coming on and off to check tyre pressure monitoring system, Anytime this happened one or two of my sensors would go out and their tire pressures would not be readable. I explained to the one who received my car and was in charge of my service RONNEILL C MIERR that i had just replaced the two sensors that keep going out but the problem was still there. Hence i believed it was something else. however, I had two brand new sensors in the car which i had purchased from oreilly that day. So they could use those just in case they checked and were sure that was the problem. I called him after several times to try and find the status of my car he never answered. They kept playing games with me forwarding my call to his desk although they knew he wouldn't answer. Over 8 times. Later around 3 or 4pm, He called me back and charged me extra making a total of $1199.88 because RONNEILL C MIERR told me that if they performed a cooling system flush, brake system flush, differential service, complete fuel system service, multi point inspection my car would be UP TO DATE. I said ok. He happily offered for me to come pickup a free loaner till my car is ready. Three days later on Monday i pick up my car pay the $1200 peacefully. I drove off and just about 10 minutes before getting home the light came back on to check the tire monitor system("fault b" above). I came back the next day(bare in mind i live all the way in North Las Vegas. RONNEIL C MIERR told me he had to take it in and get it looked at. He came back and said the two sensors i brought that they had used were no the right ones. He said i have to change them to oem factory sensors which they sell. I said ok do whatever. After coming back the next day, RONNEIL C MIERR said they ended up having to change all 4 tire sensors to oem so i had to pay an extra $420 for new sensors and labor for installing them. I asked RONNEILL C MIERR, are you sure if i pay this 420 the light wont come back on? He said yes so I painfully said ok, paid the 420 and said just do it and let the light go away. After sitting and waiting all day i got the car back. 10 minutes from my house the light comes back on. I stay up all night and do extensive research on the problem. I found out chevy had made changes to the sensor frequencies and had not updated with many dealerships. I returned the next morning to tell RONNEILL C MIERR that i had seen the issue. The problem was not what they diagnosed so i needed a refund since its a problem with chevy and cant be fixed. He got upset started disrespecting me and told me to leave since he nor his manager couldnt do anything to help me unless i was willing to pay more money to get it rediagnosed and to pay for whatever new fault they discovered. I knew i was being ripped off because they were the ones who misdiagnoed the problem and charged me to replace a wrong part. I simply left since it was getting heated and there was no one to listen to my side of the story. 2 weeks passed. I nearly i was driving around with no tire pressure reading at all. (Not even the 3 i had working before coming to dealership). I nearly had an accident because my tire went flat and i didn't get alerted. Next day, I showed RONNEIL C MIERR the blog about the chevy issue. He read it and asked me to email it to him so he can show manager. I was sitting incold he never got back to me. I went in the office he was rude and disregardful of me. So i finally asked around and got a manager called MARTIN GONZALEZ. Just as soon as i said hello to him he cut me short and said ur the one with the camaro, were working on it. I started to show him about the blog about the chevy issue. He was rude and told me that what i was hsowing him didnt have anything to do with the issue. I was like ok. I sat there from 11am to 5pm in the cold. The only thing they did was reset the sensor. So when i was 10 minutes from my house the light came back AGAIN. The next the claimed check one more time. But all they did was take out all 4 sensors they had put in without at least putting my "faulty" ones back. Now im $420 down and driving around with No tire sensors in my tires. Ask YOURSELF do you or does ANYONE deserve this, just because they decided to go to a "chevy certified dealership"? Def not. Stay away
