  • Friendliest staff in Cuyahoga Falls. From the hostess, to the server, to the on duty manager, every employee was friendly, attentive and genuinely enjoyed being there. The restaurant was bright and clean and the food is always good quality. As far as chain restaurants go, O'Charley's is at the top of their game in regards to food quality, customer service and restaurant atmosphere. Well done O'Charley's staff, I'll be back
