This sprint store was awful! I have never experienced horrible customer service! Especially from a "manager". Long story short I cancelled my line with sprint, paid them the remaining balance, and returned the device. A month later I get a bill saying I owed $200 dollars because I didn't turn in my phone! I went into the store and I told the manager what happened and she responded, "I don't see no paper work for your phone or your phone." I called customer service and the rep on the phone was INSTRUCTING her what to do on how to track down my phone. After we finished she didn't say have a good day or anything, she walked away and continued texting. HORRIBLE MANAGER. If you go to this store avoid the young black women that is the manager. She will give you nothing but attitude. Home girl needs to change her attitude!!
