I did not stay here, but when I called they were unable to accommodate me, but the receptionist (Gay) was so friendly and helpful she referred me to another nearby rv park. She could have just said, sorry we can't help you, bye, but she didn't, she went out of her way to recommend another spot for us. If an employee goes that far for customer service even when you are not staying there, I can only imagine how much they care for the guests who do. Thank you Gay, you are a very nice person, and your actions reflect so well for your business!
