  • The staff is very knowledgable and helpful with all types of animals. We have a Sulcata Tortoise and a Dog and have had Gerbils, a Snake, Scorpion & Lizard as well and they taught us so much about them all we hadn't learned through skimming the internet. I will say that not everyone there is a friendly as one would hope but I consider that they are almost always busy and there are a lot of animals to care for which need to be tended to even with little to no human traffic in-store. Though once you have their attention they are very kind and helpful. I love supporting local businesses over Big Box stores and Pratt's Pets is one worth our business!! The
